The Decoration and Design Building and the New York School of Interior D&D Building Announces Program with New York School of Interior Design The Decoration and Design Building and the New York School of Interior Design have joined together initiating a number of special programs reflecting a shared commitment to the interior design profession. These programs will offer educational opportunities in the field of interior design, and build public awareness of the myriad services and products our industry provides. Founded in 1916, New York School of Interior Design is New York's only non-profit college devoted exclusively to interior design. Today, over 700 students pursue studies leading to the Associate in Applied Science, Bachelor of Fine Arts, and Master of Fine Arts degrees in Interior Design. NYSID also offers the non-degree Basic Interior Design program. More than 2,000 talented NYSID graduates, in over 40 states and 30 countries, enjoy careers in every aspect of the profession.
